State-by-State Efforts
A ballot measure is a law, issue, or question that appears on a statewide or local ballot for voters of that jurisdiction to decide. This could be in an “initiative” stage (collecting petitions to support the measure being added to the ballot) or a “referendum” stage (where the measure is brought to a vote on the state's ballot).
For each ballot initiative state, we're launching Decline to Sign efforts to encourage voters to reject signing pro-abortion ballot petitions. In ballot referendum states, we're campaigning for constituents to Vote No to abortion extremism!
Currently, the Pro-Life Generation is active in fighting ballot measures in these states:
